I would highly recommend Mr. Landes to anyone who wants a wonderful, patient, understanding individual who really takes the time to get to know you and explains the process. I am from out of state and we discovered late that we had a cloud on our property and Mr. Landes was quick to go straight to the source and clear up the matter without having the need to go to Court. I genuinely felt that he listened, informed, and that he is 100% vested in addressing all my concerns and resolving the matter as soon as possible.
