The August Lodge definitely lived up to my expectations! I had a wonderful time here. The room was thoughtfully furnished, clean, and rustic. It is definitely a place to relax and enjoy nature. I really recommend it, even if it’s just for one day!

The amenities and the staff were great; they were always happy to help with directions, etc. I loved this hotel. My family and I stayed at the August Lodge for a little getaway. The location is perfect to get to anywhere in Cooperstown. The hotel is gorgeous, with so much to explore. Would definitely stay there the next time we go to Cooperstown.

I recommend the August Lodge because of its beautiful location, amenities and services. I and my family stayed at this hotel for three nights. We all enjoyed the daily breakfast and found it plentiful. There was fresh fruit, hot blueberry muffins, cereal, yogurt and great coffee. It does come with the room, and it saved us serious money. The room was very comfortable. We recommend coming here for a couple of days.

August Lodge is where we recommend staying if you are ever in Cooperstown. We stayed here when we took our two boys for the baseball tournament in August. It was a pleasurable experience and our boys had such a nice time. The hotel is amazing, with its clean rooms, friendly staff and great ammenities.

5 stars aren’t enough!

We just spent a week at August Lodge. The setting and building is beautiful and found the entire staff to be most gracious. Guests may be as close to town or as far away from it all as you would like. We will go back.
