We have been usong them exclusively for 5 years never any problems. They even replace broken buttons for free.

First time customer, took a pair of dress pants and blouse to be cleaned. Picked them up and noticed no crease in pants and all seems and lining edges show on surface of garment. Advised cleaner that item was 97% polyester and should have. Even steam pressed not a hot iron. They took pants back to fix and put crease in. Went to pick up pants and found that they again used a hot iron and where in worse condition than they were before. Left them to be fixed. Went back to get them and was told they couldn't do anything. I advised that I wanted pants replaced. Owner advised me they have been in business for 40 years and never had a complaint and were not making a claim on my pants. His wife told me that they all look like that when you request a crease. I advised that I have had these pants cleaned multiple times and they have never looked like this. Her answer was why didn't I take them to the cleaner that I have previously used? I told her I wasn't in the same place to take them there. When I asked for them to replace my pants they told me no way. I said I wasn't taking them the way they are and the owner informed me that they won't be doing anything more with my pants and they'll be gone after 30 days. What horrible service, terrible pressing job, worst place to take your clothes.

Very poor service. I brought a man's shirt in to be laundered and pointed out a lipstick stain on the collar. That was on Saturday, 12/5/15. The woman who took the order attached something to the stain to alert the cleaner where it was. I was told it would be ready "next week." I went by on Tuesday, the 8th and was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday, the 14th, the second week the way I count, That, to me, was nuts. 5 workdays to clean 1 shirt?!? I told the woman I was leaving the area on Saturday and needed to take the shirt with me, She told me to come by on Friday and it would be ready, I did pick it up then but didn't look at the shirt. I packed it in its plastic wrap on the hanger and didn't unwrap it until I was about to put it on. The stain was still there. Today, 12/14, I went back to the store and wanted my money back because the shirt wasn't cleaned. The owner told me they don't spend any money on spotting laundry because they don't charge enough. He also said they take a week because they don't have the capacity to do more than a few pieces of laundry at a time. It was not a pleasant discussion. I didn't get the refund and I told him I would be letting everyone I knew about his very poor service.
