Kittles recently did all our bedrooms and stairs. From first walking in, we were sat down and not allowed to look at samples while we just talked. It was refreshing after having been to several other flooring companies and not feeling comfortable with their rushed approach. Everybody there was really helpful for us.



The installers showed up on time and daily until they finished. The owner and his son were also out to our house multiple times with their infamous "valium checks" as they called them. 5 stars for quality, service and professionalism all the way.

The customer service is unbelieveable and is only surpassed by the quality of the installation. The installers were so friendly they became like family. The owners, a father and son team, were incredibly knowledgeable and honest. This was the best experience Ive ever had with any contractor!
