Provided by YP.comWe adopted our Doxie from Cooper City Animal Clinic over a year ago and have continued to take him there for his medical care. Our Doxie is like our child; we adore him and spoil him. Patricia, Raquel and Dr. Comartin, have been very caring, friendly, professional and accommodating. Besides their Veterinarian services they work in finding good homes for rescued animals. They also provide care to homeless animals. This good deed shows how much they enjoy their profession and care for animals. We are very happy with them and would not consider changing or going to any other Vet. We highly recommend them.

I came here to get my pet neutered as part of the SNIP program, offered at a discounted rate.
I made the appointment on Monday, the appointment was Wednesday. No long waits in advance which was good.
I am disappointed in the fact that they KNOW you are part of the discounted program, yet they will upsell you things without your knowledge while your pet is getting services, and charge you when you return to get your pet back.
In this case it was flea medicine $20.
Before you go in the vet upsells the dental cleaning $25.
Had I known this prior, I would have waited for the Bravecto in the mail before making the appointment, and said no to the dental cleaning on my 2yr old dog with no teeth problems.
Now I'm out an extra $45, for something that wasn't suppose to cost a penny!
Nice people, but the understanding and respect for low-income pets is uncanny.
Try to give patients information prior to their appointments so they don't spend money they don't have, and if they said no on the signed form, don't pressure them into doing unnecessary procedures to squeeze the money out of them.
Where's the compassion?

Provided by YP.comI Love My Vet!! I have seem several vets in the city but this is the one I keep coming back to. Everyone in the office is friendly, caring, and helpful at all times. I am more than greatful for the genuine concern they seen to have about their patients progress. They are nice enough to call me the following day to check in and make sure that she was doing ok. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I'm a happy client.

Provided by YP.comWe have been a client of Cooper City Animal Clinic for over a decade now.. We are a foster-based rescue group by the name of Pets In Distress, Inc. and if it wasn't for the support of Dr. Mendy and the wonderful staff at the clinic, we would have had to close down our rescue operation years ago. We bring in dogs & cats in the most appalling conditions and Dr. Mendy is always able to help them. He truly practices "Rescue Medicine" and there isn't that many vets out there that do. I also bring my own personal pets in to the clinic as patients.

Provided by YP.comI have been coming to CCAC for many years. In all of the years I have had several pets, both dogs and cats. All of my pets have been patients of CCAC and still are. Through the good, healthy times and the not so good and not so healthy times, I have ALWAYS been very pleased and have always felt very confident of the medical treatment my pets have had. Dr. Mendy is the best. He is absolutely the most compassionate and most caring veterinarian I have EVER known. His diagnostic abilities are superior. Patricia is great and has always been the most accommodating, to me that is very important! As for Rachael, she's a big plus!!! Anyone looking for a caring, family type atmosphere with a bonus of excellent medical care, CCAC is positively the animal clinic for you. One visit there folks and you WILL be hooked!!!
