After several calls to their customer service, there is still no place for me, the business owner to respond. I believe this review is fraudulent as we do not have anyone by this name in our customer data base nor can we connect her to any repair work done at UltraTech. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have a good reputation in the community we have been serving since 1994. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us, we're here to help.

Great people to work with, awesome customer service, wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. They look over the car just to make sure everything is working good even on a simple oil change.

DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP! RIP OFF ARTISTS AND CANNOT DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS. THEY TOLD US ARE ENGINE WAS FRIED AFTER CHARGING US OVER $2,000 - THEY FAILED AS SOMEONE ELSE FIXED ARE CAR. THEY OWE US AND ARE UNWILLING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. THEY MARK UP PARTS ACROSS THE BOARD - WELL OVER 3-400%. THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS COST OUR FAMILY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS - FIND SOMEONE, ANYONE ELSE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR AUTO NEEDS!
