DO NOT USE! 6 WEEKS OF LIES, To much rain,ball joints out of truck,out of supplies,had 2 crews quit.
They said they were sending $2500 refund, BUT NOTHING.
WONT ANSWER PHONE OR EMAILS.
HAVING TO TAKE CRIMINAL & LEGAL ACTION.

STAY AWAY!!!!

This man is nothing but a con-artist. He took my deposit for a building that he was supposed to build for me. After 3 months of nothing but excuses (the rain), I get a email (no phone call) stating that he is filing bankruptcy because of not being able to get help and people stealing tools from him. He is the thief!! He took money that I worked for and saved just because he is too sorry to get out a get a job or isn't competent enough to manage his business!!

Legal action will be taken to the full extent!!

THESE JERKS SCAMMED US!
My parents were victims of the August 2010 floods.Their entire auto repair business was destroyed. They entered in a contract with TN Pride to have a new building build. TN Pride asked for an ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLAR deposit in October of 2010 to begin work on the building they said would only take six weeks to build. It is now JUNE 2011 and we have no building and no way to get our ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!. I don't feel they were using funds for other jobs or the other people commenting on here would have had their buildings with all of the money they took from my family and the other people. THEY JUST SCAMMED US ALL!

Do Not Use this builder. We have had the frame for our new church building standing now for about 6 months. Our builder, JD Nichols, with Tennessee Pride Builders has not finished and now appears will not finish the church. He has taken our money and not completed what he said he would complete. We are a small church and can't afford to finish what he started with another builder.
Legal action would not produce anything. I have been to this mans house and it isn't worth anything. It looks like he used left over material from other jobs to put together the house he lives in. It could fall over at any time.
He has his woman lie for him and all you get is excuses about why he can't come to finish if you can get him to answer the phone.
He has told me that the reason The church hasn't been finished is because he was waiting on another check to come in to pay for the rest of our building. So he uses other peoples money to pay for what I had already gave him money to pay for. This is called miss appropriation of funds I think.
Stay away from this man.
He does not honor himself or God.
He will not treat you right.

I'm one of the crew members that quit! He wasn't paying us (never had any money!), and when he did it was always alittle here, alittle there! never once were we payed what was owed, he still owes me money !! Haven't heared from him since april!! Had two good crews ,but couldn't manage his business!!! Stay clear of this guy!!!!! We all QUIT because "NO PAY"!!!!!!!!!!!

Gave Mr. Nichols a check for 3400.00 on Feb.24, 2011 then a check for 1000.00 in May. Spent 550.00 in materials that never was credited back.Like the other reviews was given every excuse under the sun why they were not showing up for work.Ball joint,rain,flat tire,cant do more than one job at a time etc. Went to his house wife said he was not home didnt know when he was going to be back. I would really like to see this guy do some jail time. I have kids and a family to raise! I cant afford to just give money away. In a nut shell I wouldnt hire this man to pick trash up on the side of the road. If justice is done he will be doing that at tax payers expense foe the state of Tennessee.

Stay away from this business! He recently took my parents for $3000 and now claims to be bankrupt to avoid paying them back. Legal action will be taken and I would advise any and everyone else this man has scammed to do the same!
