So I called Ron the owner and he came out after hrs for 60 dollars cash which I paid personally the next day when I went to pick up the thermostat for 50 dollars cash when then had 55 wrote on the box which mind u if I got it from Walmart was 38.87 but thinking I knew the owner got no receipts which was ok till I called still having the same problem so I called both numbers and finally get mike the supervisor and ended up calling him 5 times over atleast a week when he kept saying he'd call he never did btw but he did finally say ron didn't rember it really but i installeded it myself so there's nothing they can do unless I want another service call uh nope sorry once is enough btw it was a bad thermostat and is an older model I was told by another expert which is helping me fix it the right way now And they only get a one cause that's the bottem
