I love the Cookeville Pool and Spa Depot. Everyone is always so helpful, especially Marcy and Jeff. They have helped me the past 2 seasons get my pool up and running for summer fun! And my kids love their pool toy selection.

The whole crew at the cookville store has been great. They are very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish in the pool buying process.

We just bought a 30' above ground pool from P&SD. Things have gone very well. Mike was our sales person--he's just awesome. Very knowledgeable and competent with their product line. Jeff, the retail manager was really great too. Morgan and Missy have been helping us with chemicals. The Pool RX is our choice over salt (which we had in the past in a 16' pool). Chad and his crew were absolutely awesome with the prep and build. Cynthia, one of the office staff, is just a wonderful help as well. I know there are others there that I have not met yet. I'm looking forward to doing so as we are in and out for water testing.

Morgan and the rest of the staff at pool and spa was outstanding. They were very helpful in explaining their products. I have always had great success in maintaining my in ground pool with their products. Highly recommend!

6 days after installation my pump and filter flipped upside down now can't even get a call back. I've called and emailed several times. Pretty sorry! Installation guys set my pump up on loose ground wasn't installed properly

We purchased a pool and hot tub from Pool and Spa Depot because our friends recommended them. After looking at other stores, the choice was clear. PSD had the most knowledgable staff and best prices. Thank you to everyone over there. We are loving our own backyard oasis.

I am so not happy with this place, I went in back in Sept of 2015 to buy my winterizing chemicals, the chemicals the lady gave were not the same as I got the year before, I explained to her that it wasn't, she insisted that what she gave was the right chemicals, I came home winterize my pool, now in April 2016 getting it ready for summer, what a surprise I get, alge all in the bottom and around the edges and green water, thank you so much for your expertise, I will not continue to do business you people ever again
