I don't know what has happened to Physicians Urgent Care or the pharmacy or the Clinic since Dr. Jain has decided to semi retire, but it is dragging the whole business into the dirt. It's like drama central in that building. While there are still a couple employees who GENUINELY care about the patients who walk into the building, the rest of them treat you like cattle or worse. They forget to take care of your procedures, your prescriptions, and they talk about you when you aren't there like you're a piece of dirt. Terrible manners and complete lack of customer service.

I've been here twice and will never go back. Both receptionists were rude. I was almost charged full price for my drug test and immunity titer (and I have insurance that covers it). The lab tech didn't wash her hands between drawing mine and my roommate's blood. I asked for a 10-panel drug test and only got a 7-panel test. The nurse told me that my titer results were all positive (I had 2 negative results). I was charged a co-pay just to walk back and get a piece of paper with my results on them. Now I have to pay more money to get immunizations (that I could've gotten there when I got my lab results if she had been able to read the NEGATIVE results) and get a second drug test. All they did was waste my time and money.

They take forever. We have been here over an hour and a half and haven't seen a doctor. Don't come here if your problem is actually urgent and well, just don't come here.

First time there today, could not have been more pleased with the Dr and the care I recieved. The wait was only about 30 minutes, xray was done in the building which was very convenient.Care given was excellent.

Full service urgent care that is even open on Sundays. Had a great experience with high quality of care, kind staff, and knowledgeable professionals.

Dr. Jain and his team are amazing with high quality patient care and personalized attention. He truly cares for his patients and his very knowledgeable.
