Horrible Experience with AAA. I ordered online a plaque with cherry wood, music logo, gold plate with black letters, It needs to be done upright/vertical instead of horizontal. Sad to say that out of all the clear instructions that I gave them only the cherry wood and logo was right and everything was messed up. In addition all of the letterings was all bold letters, so plain and wrong spelling. They replaced it after days, they got it corrected BUT they send a football logo instead of a music logo. They instructed me to take off the football logo and will send me a music one. Finally I received the music logo and guess what it was chipped and looks like that they were aware of it since it was taken out of the plastic already. We are willing to pay for the price but with quality not like this. I would not recommend this Trophy Store. Poor quality.
