I had a leaky outside hose faucet. Instead of buying a new one I decided to try and replace the interior o rings and fix the old one. I took the old faucet in and a salesperson found all the parts I needed and when I told him that I really didn't know what I was doing he took me to the workbench and taught me how to wrap the packing and rebuild a faucet. All for maybe $2 in parts. Try getting that service at your bigbox store! Steve Cunningham Conyers, GA

I came to the conyers ace hardware prepared to buy a new leaf blower. I described how the old one quit working and the parts I had replaced from the store I purchased it from.... The OTHER STORE. The ace sales clerk suggested I try cleaning a safety filter and guess what? It works fine. I can now put the money I saved on a new leaf blower towards the chain saw that I will buy from the conyers ace hardware. Thanks guys. Great way to build patient loyalty.

I had a faucet that was broke, it needed one screw that had sheered off. Couldn't get it out, poor design. Rick spent time and effort to help me make it work, it was no small task, but he would not let it go. He prevailed and I am very greatful, and I will tell the world. I frequent both stores, buy all kinds of stuff, but this is why I shop with you, and will continue to do so. You have great people, who care about really helping the customer.
