I found the need to find a new hearing aid center since my old one was no longer in business. Since my previous brand of hearing aids were Sonic I wanted to try and stay with the same brand. Sound Solutions was a Sonic dealer so I figured I would give them a try, I'm so glad I did, I can only say they were very professional and answered all of my questions Kathy and Brad Odom went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied, he provided me with new hearing aids to try for a week to make sure the fit and performance is what I was looking for. I purchased the new hearing aids after the trial period and I'm completely satisfied with everything they provided, If you have hearing issues you need to give these folks a try,

I knew I had some high frequency hearing loss for many years now. I was having problems hearing on cell phones, in noisy environments, and understanding my sweetheart's high pitch voice. It was time for some help. I did some research on the internet for hearing aids. I found general information on hearing loss, basic types of hearing aids, and some guidelines on what to expect when you visit an audiologist. I feel this area is lucky to have an audiologist who meets these guidelines. Brad Odom is well qualified, experienced, and most importantly guides you in the selection of an instrument to meet your hearing needs and your pocket book. Brad Odom is a professional who works hard to make sure you have selected an instrument that works for you. Hearing instruments are improving as fast as any other electronic device on the market. I was very pleased to have Brad Odom answer my questions as he guided me though this evolving electronic market. With his help I had the confidence to select an instrument that worked well for me. I look forward to working with Brad Odom to fine tuning my hearing aid as I adjust to hearing again

They are some great folks and very good service . Very knowledgeable ,good customer service and care . They took there time and let us do the same, hearing great now .Would refer to all and have, to friends and family.

The people there are very good , knowledgeable and caring . They believe in good, reliable customer service . They gave me sound choices and let me decide , not pushy or rushed me . I do recommend them to friends and family.
