I've had the worst experience with Lowe's.. I've had both of my bathrooms tiled. Had problems with the first one but wanted them the same so had them do my master BR. I had them come and measure they shed my date for install then installer one it was done said I didn't have the transition strips to complete it he said he would call his boss and let him know and some one would be in touch with me, it was a Friday so I waited till Monday to call the mgr Geoff Gibson, of course I get him voice mail so left a message, no call back I went to the store and bought the tradition strips called several people several numbers was promised someone would be at my house Thursday between 9 & 11. No call no show. I called left another message finally a girl called me back and asked if I had the strips, I told her I did then she said they didn't know I needed the strips so that's why they didn't include them and it would cost me another $100 to have them put down. I told her that was the guys fault that measured he saw what I needed and I was not paying for it.. I left Geoff Gibson multiple messages he has yet to call me back. They finally got my strips down after waiting over a week. I've told friends and neighbors DO NOT GO TO LOWE'S you get the run around and they don't care how long they keep y hanging they already have your money . This is not how you treat your customers. I need a new door but it won't be bought at Lowe's, that's a promise!!!
