very professional from front to back, knowledgeable staff, John smoking funny stuff cause as many times I have been there over the years no incidents, John has posted 2 bad reviews in 2 locations about 2 events lol hard to believe!

2nd incident was more recent and I waited to write something. Took my daughter and her BF to range to shoot and teach them. I was not going to shoot just instruct. We had a good time till the end. one of the firearms jammed and I showed them how to correct it. It jammed again so There was approx 4 rds left in the mag and I sot them to see if firearm would jam again. Well the KID running the range saw me shoot the firearm and charged me a full hour of shooting. Even after explaining the circumstances and that there was only 2 lanes in use etc etc he with a nasty attitude said you said you were not going to shoot and you shot. Not to argue the point I just paid the hour. I think this is a poor business practice. They also don't seems so friendly as a whole in the store. A friend of mine had an incident where they backed out of a deal with him after a commitment.

I am very impressed with this store and gun range. The staff is also very knowledgeable
