We love the Conway center! I have two daughters that have gone to this center and they both love it. They have sweet, compassionate teachers. You know your child is happy when they celebrate as you pull up to their "school" in the mornings. As a mother, that's the only validation I need to know they are comfortable and happy every day. The office staff is awesome. Keep up the great work Conway center!

We assist in toilet training each child upon their parent's request, as long as it stays within the guidelines of DHS and our center's toilet training policy. Each parent receives a Parent Handbook upon enrollment that clearly states these policies. We do respect the dignity and preference of each family and their right to make decisions for their child. However, we appreciate the vulnerability of children and work to foster the child's emotional and physical development. We will not participate in any activity that is intimidating to a child. We believe that toilet training should be a happy and relaxed experience for a child. We work cooperatively with each family, and respect the decisions each family makes for their child, that sometimes includes choosing another center.

Don't walk away, run!!!!!!.

MY daughter was in a home daycare before this. We started potty training at 18 months because she was ready. We let the Childrens center know that we were potty training. We found out after a month later that they weren't even putting her on the potty. We got all the standard excuses, "We didn't know", "we have parents that tell us to potty train there children for them". We didn't ask this daycare to potty trrain our child, we asked them to put her on the potty. Then the tell us, "she cries when we put her on the potty, DHS says we cant put them on the potty if they are gonna cry". So they basically taught my child if you cry when you set on the potty you don't have to stay there. Gee thanks. They are trying to hide behind a DHS rule to keep from having to take kids potty. To top things off she broke her front 2 teeth at daycare. when I picked her up the teacher asked (kinda snugly) " have her teeth always been chipped?" I said no!! and asked what happened. She said I don't know. We brought it up to the office immediately. They took a picture to verify. We found out how much it was going to cost to have her teeth fixed. They are going to have to sedate her so that she is not terrified of the dentist in the future. We asked the Childrens center to help ncover part of the cost, not all of it just part. We were told by letter that after the work was done we could submit the bill to there accident insurance company but because they didn't "see" it happen they weren't going to take responsibility for her teeth being broke. Of course they didn't conveniently see ot happen. I think this facility knows what happen and just doesn't want to take a. the time to write up the incident report and b. pay anything to fix there foul up. Overall don't walk away, run from this daycare. All there are owned by the same woman soo I wouldn't trust any of them.
