This happened in 7 minutes. i watch the delivery driver give a lame excuse of why he is short a lot of money on deliveries. The lady in front of me, they mess up her order totally and over charged her. She pointed that out real fast! My turn now. They don't have my order. The lady I'm talking to is the one who took my order. wow! She asked did I call the right number. I show her the number and she doesn't know the phone number she uses work place! Wow!!! Oh! She is the manager! Yep, i'm not too happy about that. A lady who has been waiting 30 minutes already THEY FORGOT TO PUT HER ORDER IN WHILE SHE WAS WAITING. how you do that?!?! Yes i saw this!. The employees laugh! Wow! For any person with authority of this establishment who may care and be reading this. WILL YOU PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER, STARTING WITH THE MANAGERS!!! why do i have to go to Papa Johns! Test question. What is CUSTOMER SERVICE??? YOU DON'T KNOW! Wow! Oh, by the way. Your drivers are robbing you!!!
