The guys at KD logo were quick and professional. My team mates and their spouses loved their jerseys! Will be ordering some new uniforms for our tournament team.

I walked into KD Logo, in Converse, to have my kid’s names and patches put on their karate jackets. I told the lady that I was unable to pick up their uniforms during the regular business hours before the tournament, so I would go somewhere else. She informed me that was not a problem. They would leave them at the restaurant next door, if I paid in advance. I agreed and trusted that they would be there the next night after work.



The uniforms were not there and I saw that I had a missed call from the company. I tried email and leaving messages, but it was no use. I was unable to get their uniforms before the tournament. They had to borrow jackets to compete.



I went in on Monday afternoon and asked why my order was not left next door. The lady said that she did not remember having that conversation with me. She said that she tried to call me on Friday and that it was my fault for not calling her back, during her business hours.



She also refused to give me a credit back for her mistake, once she remembered having the conversation when I dropped off the uniforms. She said that if I had returned her call (even though I was at work), none of this would have happened. She also said that I should pay her extra, since I did not call her back to let her know what I wanted done with the uniforms. She even informed me that she did not care if I told anyone what happened. A bad reference was no big deal.



Her work was decent, but not worth all the trouble that she caused me.
