I love ikea. Great furniture selection for a great price & awesome food to keep my hubby content while we shop. I recently was very disappointed by the company when I received a gift card for an unknown amount. I had a very difficult time reaching someone. After three different phone numbers and 17 minutes on hold the woman told me she would take down the gift card info & call me back within 48 hours. Something so simple should not have been made so difficult. The store I go to can be very busy so I was planning on having the items I wanted picked out and was hoping for a quick trip. Can't do that if you don't know how much you have to spend!
