This company is a first rate operation. I had Roger out to estimate the job a few days before the work was to be done. Roger answered all of my questions about the stretch & clean task in a way that I could understand. The actual tech that came out to do the work was Josh. It is refreshing to have a worker show up on time?it doesn?t happen that often. Josh also walked me through each room and explained what he was going to do before he started. I had a bad experience before with another carpet cleaning company and was not sure if I was ready to try this again. However, I was really pleased with ZBest Carpet Cleaning. The service man's name was Jeremy. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I felt like I understood the cleaning process very well after speaking with him. My floors looked great when he was finished. One other thing, somehow, I overpayed on the invoice. I was unaware of this until three days after the service was performed, I received a check for $11.90 from ZBest. Evidently their bookkeeper caught the error. I had this company over to my home last friday. The tech's name was Josh. My carpet looked very nice when he finished. He treated me as though I were his only customer he had for the day. He was indeed excellent.
