I have been with Texas Home Medical for about 10 years or more. Both my wife and I are customers. We Started with the San Antonio Office and now we are at the Dallas location. Most of our supplies come from the Conroe, Tx location.
We have had outstanding service from employees like Dorathy, Terry, and Courney. The last shipment was a little different for some unknown reason. There is a new person handling the resupply desk at Conroe TX suppling the Dallas area customers. That a new person is distributing our supplies should not be any different in quality of service or professionalism.
After four phone calls to different agents in the system I finally received my supplies. I choose to stay with Texas Home Medical because of their past professional, effective, and caring service. I have faith that the usual outstanding service at Texas Medical resupply in Conroe will return to normal. My wife Olga and I Santiago appreciates the overall fine support
we have experienced while using Texas Home Medical. After about 40 successful resupplies in ten years one unusual one speaks for itself. Texas Home Medical a good supplier.

We met with John when we received our new BiPap and his explaining the machine was very knowledgeable. computers are not my strong point and John went slow enough to help me.

After a sleep study I was prescribed a CPAP device. It was suggested that I obtain it and the necessary supplies from Texas Home Medical in nearby Conroe, Texas. I made an appointment and met with John. He thoroughly, patiently and expertly explained my new machine and all of its parts. I highly recommend this company and John, if you need to begin using a CPAP. Then, thereafter, Texas Home Medical also sends me the routinely needed supplies that must be ordered and delivered every three months, per Medicare. Adrianna has ably assisted in this endeavor, without fail and always on time. She is courteous and a delight to speak with. I am thoroughly satisfied with Texas Home Medical and their two very capable employees, John and Adrianna.

I have been using Texas Home Medical for CPAP supplies for 2 years. They have given me exceptional service. 2 weeks ago I was put on oxygen and my doctor had sent the order to another company. After 5 days of not hearing from them I called doctor and told them to cancel and use Texas Home Medical. The very next day they called and the next day, John Ober with the company, showed up to set my oxygen up. John explained EVERYTHING I needed to know, showed me how to use all equipment and even gave a hug because I was so overwelmed! My husband was there and told him he had made a friend with me forever. By the time John left, we felt like he was one of our best friends!! The company is wonderful and service is exceptional. This is by far the best DME company I have ever used.

Texas Home Medical in Conroe is a superb business. I've utilized a CPAP machine for several years. Thank goodness I finally found this company. Please note that for years I had to constantly contact a company to remind them to send my supplies. My doctor recently switched me to Texas home medical in Conroe. They contacted me, introduced themselves and discussed the doctor's orders, my CPAP, etc. They asked me if I had any questions, and what supplies I might need, etc. A short time later, they sent me the supplies that I needed...I was in shock! These people listened and I didn't have to call and remind them! They are my new heroes. What a great, respectful, efficient and friendly business!

The staff at the Conroe location are very nice and helpful. Michele scheduled my appointment with the Medical Advisor John. He is such a nice gentleman and very helpful. Since he is also a user of a CPAP he knows how to explain it so that you understand. Of course, you can always call him if you have any additional questions.

Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Michele is so helpful and efficient. John is the medical advisor I was assigned to. What a wonderful person. He really understands the senior citizen. He knows how to explain the CPAP so that you understand. Of course, you can always call him, which I did. Same friendly, funny advisor. Michele, thanks for helping me with my appointment.

My husband has been working with C-Pap issues for 3 months+ and today exchanged the C-Pap machine with a Bi-Pap one with the wonderful people at Home Health Medical Company located at 110 Commercial Circle, Conroe, TX.

One person, in particular, was extremely helpful and patient today. Mrs. Dorothy Austin helped my husband, Jay, with many different head devices and settings. She frequently checked with him to see if the device had been adjusted properly as well as checking for air seepage. For the record: We have never had any one person exhibit so much care and concern. Without Dorothy's help and expertise Jay would simply be facing more sleepless nights.

After this enlightening experience this afternoon I am convinced there are Angels living among us. It was certainly refreshing to be treated in such a special way.
