Do not use this company. I would give them 0 stars if possible. They scam by taking the longest possible route arguing "traffic". When you complain to Operator, they won't investigate and will not accept complaints, they rudely hang up the phone on you. Stay away.. you have been warned!

I would give them 0 if I could. I talked with the owner James a day ahead of my requested pick-up to make sure I could get picked up at 5:10am for surgery. When I called the next day as he asked me to do, I was told by the only driver on duty that he could not pick me up until almost an hour after my requested time. Not sure why people say they can do something and do not come through. I am still trying to find a cab to get to the hospital and I am supposed to be there in 7 minutes. Thanks a lot Taxi 24!
