Being a hands on type of person. I NOT only have the educational background. I Also have practical experience gained by having worked in the construction and maintenance fields for over 24 years. I have worked in virtually every field of service including construction. Electrical. Plumbing. AIR conditioning. And maintenance. I have been an electrician for over 30 years and currently hold a journeyman electrical license AS well AS a professional home inspectors license from the state of TEXAS. ADDITIONALLY. I have served in the united states AIR force. Have been a BOY scout leader for 30 years. And AM active in MY church and COMMUNITY. ALL of this experience combined with MY additional education and training enables ME to SEE and recognize things that others might overlook. I believe strongly in doing things correctly the first time and giving people a true value.
