I was told at one ;point that the tech cldnt get my modem to hook up, I had to use their modem at a $10 a month charge. 7 years later another tech comes out and while here hooks up my modem in 10 minutes and tells me to take suddenlinks modem back to them and save the $10 a month, which I did immediatey. At the store i gave them the modem and asked what i needed to do and they said nothing and gave me no receipt. Long story short 5 months later I am still being charged the $10 a month an am told they have no records of my turning in the modem and they have my modem serial number listed as their modem and thats why they are still charging me $10 a month and that I will have to prove I gave them the old modem. To top things off just noticed in february my bill went up by $40 a month with no change in services. Said I was receiving a $25 a month credit, so I ask why is bill $40 higher??????????? Ive made 6 phone calls and due to covid-19 am unable to go to the store , which the idiot on the phone suggested I do. Horrible customer service.

Extremely slow internet speed less than 1/4 of the speed I am paying for. I have had multiple service calls to my home and numerous technical advice phone calls without ever resolving the issue. I have made numerous phone calls , emails and visits to my local suddenlink store and as I write this I have no internet service or TiVo in my living room or my bedroom. I am paying monthly $162.00 prior to taxes and fees. Consolidated has given me a quote for an almost identical package with a slightly higher internet speed for $110.00 per month prior to taxes and fees, no install charges and a locked in rate for two years. Suddenlink is well aware of this and beside being unable to provide the service to me that I pay for they have been unwilling to even offer a financial concession. My payment history is excellent and have been a customer for the last 2-1/2 years. Do I sound dissatisfied, you can bet I am. Would I ever recommend suddenlink to someone, NEVER. There is more yet why waste my time you can look at my service history. As you can see I have checked the box allowing suddenlink to share my comments on line anonymously on line. That I would really like to see.

Horrible service

I signed up with suddenlink in March an nothing worked. I called almost daily spending more than an hr each time. Now they want to charge me almost 1000.00 for no service. They say I haven't called to complain which is bs. Tech support called me a liar an also the tech men that come to the house. They don't even come into the house to see Suddenlink is the most horrible company an needs to go out of business

Beer Service at a Champagne Price

First if you want any sort of channel line up with internet it's gonna be well over $100. When Ike blew threw we were without cable for over two weeks and I heard of even over three in some areas. I wish that we could have more options in Conroe. I've been told that the reason we can't get AT&T or Comcast is because of the regulation laws that require some markets closed to big national communication companies.
