Beaumont place water continues to be absolutely filthy you would figure with them buying a new company out that they would do everything in their power to clean the water but no here it is 6 months later and water is still brown and yellow you can't drink it and I don't understand why we have to pay for it if you need pictures just email me and I'll give you everything you want

Called three times yesterday, answering service all three times. They are not answering because they know there are issues in Cypress Bend! Get it together before you are reported to the TCEQ!!

So much air in our lines that we can barely shower or flush toilets!!! Three days now!!! Sad that you have to give a star rating to comment..they are not worth one.

If I could change water companies, I would. These people are RUDE when they finally

answer the phone. I can't even drink my water because it's dark brown color. The guy that works there is an A_ _ HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not deserve a star rating at all but I couldn't finish this without one.

They never answer the phone, when they do they are rude.
