I went today I contacted the owner this morning she said what I asked for would be $50 when I got there before They was UNPROFESSIONAL Asked To Them To Wing Stop Then When My Was Finished The Owner Want To Charge Me 65$ because My braids was supposed to be more. How can you asked a stranger to go pick up food for you I have never been their before then over charge me for 5 BIG braids when I wanted 6braids and an wrapped style in the back. The lady that did my hair was Very nice she was fine with the $50.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Please save your money and go somewhere else management is very unprofessional. They butchered then got upset when I asked I come in to have them fixed after I paid 180 dollars. I really wish I could file some type of complaint that would actually matter

This place is so unprofessional and unreliable. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 and when I came in 3 other women were waiting and said they had appointments at 10:00 too. They worker kept assuring me that additional braiders were coming and I could start any moment. Finally at 12:15 I left and told her I could wait no longer. She appeared to be shocked and called around 1:00 to tell me the braider had now shown up. Needless to say I didn't go. About 4 months passed and on Monday I tried them out again think they would not be busy. I called Saturday and made an appointment for Monday at 10:00. They then called me and said they had space on Saturday, but I was out of town and need to wash my hair. I decided to keep my appointment for Monday. I showed up Monday and no workers were present. I called and she explained to me that I had canceled my appointment for Monday on Saturday and told her I was going somewhere else! I was in shock and immediately told her she must have me confused. I left and figured it was another sign from God. These people take advantage of being the only braid shop in the area and are truly unreliable and unprofessional.
