This place is a JOKE!!! My kids haven't even used the 4-wheeler 45 minutes, it is already messed up and charging me to get it fixed.
SCAM! No help. "not covered under warranty" get out of here it hasn't even been used!

These guys are a joke, I took my rear diff in and he said 3 hours at least and a bearing would need to be cut out. 180 with a discount he said. Well I had another honest mechanic work on it, took him seconds to push the bearings out. They didn't need to be pressed or cut out. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of a a person. Seriously. Trying charging an honest price and not the hours your little book tells you.

I have used Recon Cycles several time over the year for service on my 2012 RZR 800. They have always done me right. So i went back to them when I needed to buy my little girls new gokart. These guy have nothing but friendly, honest and responsive to all my needs. I recommend them for all of your needs RobertS

We bought 2 ATVs from Recon Cycles and really enjoyed the experience. We will be back

We got screwed. Took in a bike - paid for the diagnostics - they said the carbs needed synched. They synched it - and said it was still having problems - and replaced the starter. Then had to re-synch the carbs. Went to pick it up and they tell us it isn't holding a charge - it probably needs a new rectifier. We paid ~$700 left with the bike and ran out of gas about a mile down the road. The bike is back-firing and idling high -took it back in and they want to charge another 96$ for diagnosis - and guess what, probably needs the carbs synched again. Never again.

Trying to find information on atvs and utvs. Tried both info and sales email address and they both come up empty. You cannot find any information about pricing at these contacts. Why would anyone complete a credit app if you don't know the price unless you call.

These guys have been great! We will be back!!

I dont normally reviews, but these guys deff went out of thier way to help me with my bike. I was out riding had a flat and pulled into the local Harley shop. I was told 3-4 days. They told me that maybe another shop could squeeze me in. I rode a little further and found Recon Cycles. The guys there stopped what they had going on, pulled my bike in and helped fix my tire to get me home.



They earned my business. I never would stop at the small shops but now I will never go any place else.

I have ride everything on two wheels and when I went looking for my sons first quad I started looking at the little knock off bikes. For everything you here we really have enjoyed our new atv from Recon Cycles.

Don't trust anything they tell you. They don't come through with what they say and the lady in Conroe is truly the most hateful person I have ever dealt with. I quess you get what you pay for try to buy something reasonable for your kid and get screwed over by them. Really bad experience will never go back!!!!
