My husband designed and purchased my engagement ring here. The staff has been so sweet every time I am in the store. I have knocked out diamonds from the band, and they always replace them the same day free of charge.

Very disappointed. She cleaned my ring and knocked 3 diamonds out if it. When I took it back to her she said it had to have happened in the parking lot and would not fix it. So sad. She's not a honest person. Na's is horrible.
