Excellent company. Have been with medical messaging for 2 years now and have never had and issues. Keep up the good work guys

This is a very unprofessional messaging service. The owner of this answering service will yell and scream at you over the phone if you do not agree with his unreasonable price hikes. He will drop you as a client unexpectedly like he did to us. You will be left without a answering service at the end of the day without any prior notices. They also double charged me for two months hoping I would not notice. When I brought it up with Sam, he had a fit and screamed at me over the phone yet again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
