We purchased a mattress a month ago, I noticed it was starting to sag after one week, so I called the store and spoke to the salesman we had purchased it from. I was told to call the customer service line in Houston and they would help me. When I called the customer service line, I was told I didn't need to call them, that I should have gone online to fill out a warranty claim, or I could send pictures and an email to get the situation resolved. I sent the email with pictures, and got no response. when I called to see why, they said they had no email, so I resent while on the phone to make sure they rcvd it, and was told I should hear back in 2 days. A week later my husband calls, and they now say we have to pay the warranty fee of $49.00 because we didn't follow the right steps! I have had this mattress for 32 days, it has a 1 3/4" sag (we are not big people) and no resolution. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy!
