The front desk lady's are rude, especially in person. My initial visit, they quoted me at $10,000 worth of work to "fix my mouth" which included a bovine-bone graph to "prevent bone loss" in my jaw. I had a root-canal and crown installed for $1,600 and said I'd research the other treatments they thought I needed.

I moved shortly after and started seeing a new dentist. They looked at the old quote and said that the only necessary item was $200 to fill a couple cavities. They also noted that my crown had been installed incorrectly. And now, 3 years later, that $1,600 crown is getting pulled and tossed away because I have an infection underneath the dental cement - the initial root canal was not done properly.

GREAT COSMETIC DENTIST ! I have gotten dental work in many cities, by many dentists, and THIS DENTIST IS THE BEST EVER !! My work is BEAUTIFUL! The dentist is SUPER GENTLE, AND VERY PATIENT! I never felt anything , and I'm going back to get the rest of my molars crowned, so I will have a great bite, beautiful smile and strength throughout my life of chewing ! I never want dentures, and crowning all the big old amalgams ( he removes the silver and puts in a strong tooth colored build up ) is the best way not to have cracked teeth that need root canals later. So, after waiting until 2 of my teeth cracked the cusp off from the old amalgam breaking them, it was time to fix my mouth in a more permanent way . Thank you Dr. Andress !! And thank you Donna for the great deal on helping me afford my zirconium crowns ! Thank you Dr. Andress for taking out all possibly toxic silver amalgams they when I was teenager. YOUR TEAM IS THE BEST !

i would not take my worst enemy to this place. i took my niece which i feel so bad for doing. she needed her wisdom teeth surgically removed btw she is only 16 a minor. they called us back to a small room where there was a patient next to her and in plain sight where she could see the bloody tools they used on him.then we heard the staff slapping him to wake him up. we also could see every other patient being treated there. the surgeon and staff got nervous when i started asking question about the things going on around us and the surgeon said you should go somewhere else since you have a problem with us. i was only asking question and then he was so nervous and blurted out we are hippa certified yeah rt.DO NOT GO HERE

Place sucks from the dr to the front desk

We feel this dentist office is a scam! I have beautiful teeth and was told (my first visit) I would need to come back for EXTENSIVE cleaning ($1,000!). They refused to clean both mine and my husband's teeth today (the same issue for both). This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Think I will wait on the waiting list for my usual dentist. I also was not called back until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, which I arrived twenty minutes early for. Not worth the trouble.

Rude, Uncaring Office Staff!!!!!

I have been going there for about a year now. I have had a crown put on and my teeth cleaned a couple of times. The Dentists are not so bad. Dr. Anderson can be rude if you try and ask him questions. And he dropped the new crown down my throat while trying to put it on. Luckily I coughed it back out without swallowing it!! But, he never apologized for that and acted like it was my fault some how. My biggest problem is with the ladies up front and the office manager. I recently brought my daughter in to look at the cost of having a crown put on. When I went back for billing Donna added 4 cavities to the price which Dr. Asshari specifically said that she didn't need! When I questioned her about it she got really rude and snappy! Many times when I call in to the office the ladies at front put you on hold first before they talk to you. I can understand that even though they often have 3 ladies working the front desk. You would think that at least one of them could answer and handle customers on the phone? But quite often I have been put on hold and forgotten! The most I give is 15 minutes then I hang up and call again. That has happened too many times! I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my daughter in to have a crown put on, and they won't call me back and constantly put me on forever hold on the phone! I give up!! Sad, because I had just switched my whole family of 4 with them through my insurance and now I have to find another dentist!! Crazy place!! I will never set foot in there again and advise all other to steer clear and find a more professional dental office rather than an open type treatment rooms where everyone sees and hears all and the office staff is incompetent!!!!!

After getting my X-rays I was taken to the back sat down in a chair and no one came back for an hour. I asked someone if they knew what was going on and she was so rude and snapped at me telling me she was a doctor and would have to ask an assistant. Almost as if she was too good to just answer a question. Another 20 minutes went by and I asked someone else and she got the dentist and I was finished within 5 minutes. Every staff member in that place had an awful nasty attitude and the act as if you are bothering them. I would never ever go back nor recommend that place to anyone!!!!

Was told my daughter needed 7 steel crowns for 7 cavities and sedation to pull a tooth that was damaged. They couldn't even show my wife were 5 of 7 cavities were, but we're insistent on sedation and crowns. Got a second opinion from a local dentist. The other dentist could only find 2 cavities and filled them for a 1/4 of the cost.



I feel that Lovett Dental tried to scam my family with scare tactics to get us to spend money on dentalnwork that didn't need to be done. We will warn everyone we know, not to go here. Honestly, it felt like we were being scammed. Run away, run far away from here.

Nicest bunch of people I have ever met in a dental office. They seem to really care! I have never seen a place where they knew all their patients and came out and spoke to them. Very friendly and I will refer all my friends and family.

I hate going to the dentist.....LOVE going to this office! Very friendly and call me by name after just one visit. I plan to bring my whole family. Nice clean office. Thanks for all your help!
