I had no choice but to give this joke of a company a star in order to leave a review. For some reason this ASSHOLE Keirth feels he’s exempt from giving common courtesy because people find themselves in an unfortunate situation and are at the mercy of this miserable with life human. Keith this was your choice of a career, if your sorry ass don’t like what you do try something else!!!!

I called at 3am because my 4x4 truck was struck by a Deer and was in operable, They answred the phone gave me a very reasonable quote and had someone out to get in a Flatbed wrecker as requested , guys name was Jimmy , the company in it itself was very professional and (Big Jimmy) thats what i was told to call him was there in 30 minutes, very good people and very clean and courteous, Thanks a Bunch Keiths Towing

Teenage son called this "company" to have them tow him from the side of the freeway to the ford service repair. Was basically made to feel stupid because he didn't know if he was north/south bound even though he told the person answering the phones he was coming from 242 going to Conroe, which if you are a good tow company you would figure it out that it is north bound and then tell the customer okay I will send a guy to you. Instead he proceeded to belittle my son and then when I called to call him out on his actions he then proceeded to argue with me and never once apologized for his words/actions. After hanging up with this person he then called back, not sure why because I did not answer the phone. Will definitely be telling the ford service department to find a new towing service to offer customers and make sure not to use this "company" in the future.

My daughter left her vehicle on side of the road to come help us evacuate 70 horses the vehicle was parked at 6 pm and we went back to get it at 10 am next morning and it had been towed at 4 am as abandoned! It was not ! And shouldn't it have been tagged and giver 24 hours? People park on the side of the road in this subdivision all the time! So why her water was not in it! We tried to get them to be nice and even just reduce it but 244.00 laster with a historic flood and the governor just releasing us as a national disaster this is what our law enforcement and our good neighbors do to us! Well myself and my friends are not taking this watch and learn!!!! There is no zero???

This company sucks!! I'd let my vehicle sit and rot before I'd trust these no good lieing ass monkeys touch it. They took advantage of a young lady in outer community that parked her truck to help get stranded horses to safety. This company should get zero stars and be shut down.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! Our community is suffering severe devastations due to flooding. People are parking on middle land medians and are forced to abandon their cars over night in order to get home safely. These scavengers are towing cars and charging $300+ to people who have lost their HOMES and all their belongings! May you be treated in a time of need as you have treated others in their time of need. Not to mention that you towed a car that parked in the street while they were in route to help rescue some flooded animals. Even Milstead towing has stepped up and has provided assistance to those in need right now.. Nobody gets away in life being as cold hearted and greedy as your company is... Nobody!
