I've used Jones tire for years. They are always kind. I love them because It's not a long wait.

My father has used Jones Tires for many years and recommended them to me. I have never been treated so well. I was a firm believer in the big chains and have been burned several times. When I purchased a tire there and the tread came off while traveling home from work, Dee worked overtime to help me. She not only assisted with the tow in, but also replaced the tire free of charge. I will never go anywhere else for my tire needs.

The name of the game is customer service and Jones Tire has it in spades. The owner and the manager ( DEE ) took care of me and all my needs ( and it was no easy task ) without batting and eye. I thought I had gotten a good thing when a buddy gave me some 17 inch rims for my truck so I could loose the 16's I had. BUT! The new rims were completely wrong and wouldn't sit right on my truck. Needless to say after buyind $1000 dollar tires I was devastated. Although they don't sell rims Dee took it on herself to find me a new set and even haggled the dealer down to the money I had which saved me a bundle. I always buy here because it's the best price in town, but now there's a whole new reason to contionue. Big chains may have fancy package deals for every thing but you can't beat Jones tire for old fashion attitude that every customer deserves not only the best prices but the very best in service. I highly recommend them!
