I have been doing business with Goodman for over 20 + years, as far as the equipment no complaints here except maybe some suggestions , many the size of the air handlers many many times we are forced to go with Ruud because they are not as wide and in the attic that makes and breaks our decision . The other thing is it seems they don’t have enough counter help , bad phone service and a long waiting time at the Dist location .What I do love is Goodman warranty the way they handle it and that is usually my selling point with my customers .
