i used to work for this company for 1 year, i worked n the cleveland group home. the bosses in conroe office r rude ungrateful n very unprofessional! back n 2011 they hired a house manager that was from another country n didnt have any ideal what she was doing to be nice i helped her with paper work n stayed late many times n work on my dsys off. then she got mad at me cuz this 1 x i couldnt fill n cuz i went to the hospital, i even faxed my paperwork from the hospital n they didnt care! they said all they need was a body at the grouo home. the next day i went to work n they sent sum new girl from libertyto work my shift. n told me to leave so i did. this past friday i called conroe office n talked to human resources n tried to explain things to mz. attitude n she didnt want to hear a word i said n her own words she only believes her house manager, even know she quit after 2 weeks of working there. can go on n on bout how sorry this company is but 1 thing i found out is they cant handle the truth thats y they cant keep no workers. all they care bout is the money they make off theirconsumers! n the hell with everything else! when i worked their they had several investagations on the consumers being abused n the head hauncho at the time said she didnt care what happens, no 1 better call that 1 800 num n report nothing! i never 1 x had a investagation on me the whole time i worked their!
