They fixed my hot water heater, but to make a long story short, scheduling was slow, they tried to trick me into paying for warrantied parts, and when I had the audacity to ask questions about my invoice I was berated by their belligerent operations manager. Both the plumber and secretary acknowledged and apologized for his rude behavior. In the end, I paid $425 for 35 minutes of work, but I will never give them another dime.

I had an emergency plumbing situation very early one weekday morning (Seems like it always occurs in total darkness!). I contacted Dawson Plumbing and frantically scrambled outside to turn off the water at the meter.

I had to leave a message, but they were very responsive and arrived that very morning to assess the situation

and resolve as quickly as possible. The representative was very courteous and concerned about resolution in

the most economical manner possible. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs and very

highly recommend them.
