We are located on North bound service Rd. of Interstate 45 at Exit # 84 ( Loop 336 S & Frazier rd. AT I-45 ) next to Ramada Inn.

Amenities

We are a limited service Motel with completely remodeled building with very nice rooms - open since February this year. Our large Truck-Parking lot has easy access to the north bound service road of I-45 in addition to the property entrance from Frazier Rd. for smaller vehicles. Our rooms range from California king bed, 2-California Queen Beds, to kitchenettes that surely would satisfy the needs of individual travelers, families or professionals working on projects in this area. Our room rates are lower than any other motel in this area with comparable quality of room and amenities. Our rooms have Refrigerator, Microwave, Hair Dryer, and Coffee maker in each room and rate also includes free high speed internet, free continental breakfast, free long distance calls and Faxes within US. Given the opportunity to serve, we will strive to deliver complete satisfaction.
