Do not purchase anything from this store. I purchased a custom ring for a present and was guaranteed it would be complete by the date I needed it. The day before I planned on picking it up, I was told they hadn’t even started making the ring, and it would still be a couple more weeks before it was ready. I told them to cancel the order and refund my credit card, and was told it would be taken care of. The following day I received a call from someone else at the store that told me they wouldn’t refund my money because it was a custom order, and it didn’t matter that they didn’t delivery the ring as promised by the date we needed it.

This store is a joke and I would tell anyone to stay as far away as possible.

True professionals. Mark and his team are true experts at finding the perfect diamonds. I have been doing business with Conroe Diamond exchange for over 10 years and have always been completely satisfied and more importantly my wife has always been thrilled with the work of his team.

Wonderful place! They are the most professional, caring and affordable jewelry store I've ever been to. I had my grandmothers redone and they took such incredible care with it. I am so impressed by the staff and their beautiful work. Highly recommended! !

I needed a ring sized to a smaller size. In the process one of the stones fell out.Not only did they replace it for free ,but also gave me my ring free of charge. Awesome place awesome people

My fiance had the jeweler custom make my engagement ring. He listened to what was wanted, found a similar design and made it in a short time frame. The ring is amazing. When I went in to have it sized, the folks in the store are extremely friendly and helpful. They realized I really liked my ring and did not want to be with out it. They re sized it in one day. The quality, price, and service can NOT be beat. I look forward to making future purchases for my bridal party and other occasions.

My family and I (including a 5 year old with greasy fingers and a screaming 4 month old) walked into Conroe Diamond Exchange to talk about trading in my old diamond (all of 10 years) for a new big bad diamond. The sweet sales lady and nice man who examined my ring were so hospitable and sweet! They made us feel so at home and were so honest and trustworthy. I can not say enough about how great they were. Unfortunately we left empty handed (only due to my husband's bizarre working hours) but they have earned my loyalty for all future purchases. I recommend them fully for any exchanges and purchases!
