A year ago Clayton Lee installed a new water heater for us and recommended that every year we have it drained to keep it lasting longer. Our year is up and contacted them and the price given was $114.00, Nothing else mentioned! They got here and in about 40 minutes was finished and presented me with a $168.50 bill! There was a $15.00 trip charge in that, but I understand trip charges. But what about the other $40.00??? They will not make any changes! They should have said it might be higher or given other information when asked charges on the phone at first! No help in changing the cost! So, we will be looking for another plumber AGAIN!!! Nice people, but no help! AND, the person that owns it now has not been in business that long! The company name has, but not the present owner!
