CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was left needing a last minute rental for an out of state trip. I called this Avis/Budget at 9:12 am to inquire on a rental. The young lady was very polite and explained they were completely rented out and were getting some cars brought up from an alternate location and were expecting these around noon. She took my information and offered to call me when the cars came in. I was expecting the call around noon but stayed patient and finally called her at 12:26 at which time she stated the car was ready for me.



I thanked her and said I would see her in about 35 minutes. We make the 20 mile trip through road construction and pull up at 1:01 pm to find this particular location closed at 1pm. She should have stated this when I told her 35 minutes before I would see her in 35 minutes. It is obvious that this particular location cares nothing about customer satisfaction or is very poorly operated.
