Apparently I pick a bad time to come today. We have been long time customers but the service person entered wrong data and I didn’t get credit for my wash today. After waiting and spending time pointing out, they said, oops sorry. In addition they didn’t have enough help. For paying an expensive package my car at the end looks like I had an express job. Very disappointed

Got oil changed this morning at Aqua. Employees did a good job detailing my truck. Was pleased with the wash job until this afternoon when a friend off mine was getting into the passenger side of the truck and the door handle was broken to the point that you cannot open the door from the outside. I do not appreciate the employees breaking costly parts on my vehicle and not advising me. I guess they figured I wouldn't find out until much later and think it happened somewhere else. I will not be going back to Aqua car wash.

The team at Aqua spa are fantastic and my car looks sensational after only 30 minutes. The inside looks brand new. They save me hours of time which I can spend with family rather than washing my car. I have no hesitation recommending aqua spa as I am very quickly coming to rely on them. The kids love it to watching the car go trough the machines. Awesome !!!

I've been coming to Aqua for years now, bringing both our vehicles 1-2 times/month. I get my money's worth and great customer service, every time!

I was getting my car washed and saw an elderly gentleman appearing to be lost asking for directions from one of the staff. It was apparent that the staff has limited English and either could not understand what he wanted or just did not want to be bothered with helping him. The manager or owner was just as rude and in Spanish (I understand well) was telling him to move his car. Not going back as I was a frequent customer but I do believe this location changed ownership and it shows.

Staff was NOT friendly. I was simply trying to explain what I needed on my car wash and a special part of the carpet that needed to be cleaned and the man making my ticket was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. He was very unprofessional and rude. Once inside the cashier did not even say a word and proceeded to simply eat her lunch while ringing me out, not even a thank you.
