Great prompt company! Excellent and trustworthy! They have a lot of knowledge about the aerobic systems.

I have had a maintenance contract with Aand P for 6 years. They have been here Johnny on the spot quarterly as defined in the contract. They have conducted required services as defined in the contract. AND I have met or talked to at least 5 of Pete's employees and they have always been courteous and polite. I have contacted Pete 3 times for maintenance service outside of the contract. He has NEVER failed to address the issues within 2 days. His service prices are more than fair. Most plumbers charge $80+ dollars simply to show up....... Pete's prices to for simple call is considerably less. I have no problem highly recommending this company.

Extremely bad customer service. Did not provide maintenance service defined in service agreement. No attempt to resolve issue.
