We were required to use this store through Whirlpool's warranty claims as they are the only store within 60 miles that was Whirlpool certified. We were told that Sweets would contact us to confirm our Wednesday appointment time. Sweets never called and never returned the three voicemails I left between that Thursday and the following Tuesday. They then arrived without any knowledge of the brand (HOW?) or the problem. My husband gave them his phone number again and asked them to confirm Friday whether they'd have the part and be able to come that Wednesday. They again never called. I called Tuesday (2/9) and asked the service clerk to at least let us know when the part does come in so we can schedule time off to be there. The company did not ever answer the phone until I called Whirlpool to ask Whirlpool to contact Sweets. This company shows an unbelievable lack of common sense and courtesy towards customers.
