We had a horrible experience with the furniture set we purchased from here. We bought a love seat and a couch. After a few months of owning the furniture the spring that Heald the cushions up had come loose and lifted. Upon taking off the cushions we observed that the entire couch was held together by staples. And long tact's not one nail or screw. In attempt s to contact chroma about the issue they informed us that we would have to pay there repair guy they refer to have it fixed because the manufacturer was no longer in business. ( Wonder why) after the issue we decided to decline keeping the furniture and requested chroma to take it back. We were assured that they would " take care of the issue". 3 months later we finally received a letter that upon inspection of the furniture they will not be doing anything do to miss use. I have pictures that prove the good condition the upholstery and everything was in despite the damage. Do not waste you're money on this place!

I have been doing business with Chroma off and on for over twenty years and have never encountered a problem. Great people.
