this review is in response to the negative review that was received from ashley.
i thought as a business owner that i should step up and explain why it was submitted
this negative review obviously has nothing to do with the quality of service and expert repairs that we provide our customers and clearly demonstrates how angry and immature this person is
it is a fake acct profile created by an ex employee that worked for me for aprox 3 weeks
she basically deceived me by accepting the job and then quiting without any warning,and now she feels the need to take out her frustration on me by calling me names and trying to discourage people from using my business .she also stole my company passwords and has hacked my facebook and craigslist accts and who knows what else.it still surprises me after over 25 years in business how deceitful and untrusting people can be.
i have had many people take advantage of my trust over the years and learned that the only thing i can do is make better decisions who i trust and basically hope for the best.this is not a sob story and i'm not looking for any sympothy its just an honest explanation
with all that said
if your looking for a quality collision repair shop with great customer service and fair prices that has served its customers since 1992 then this is the place for you.
