Very friedly, quick and affordable. Staff was helpful and profesional, also very thorough. Accepted my cupon on my phone.

I have taken my vehicle to this location now twice. Each time they "seem" to be professional, but after reviewing their work I am not happy. They have spilled oil on my engine both times, not filled the level completely, did not fill my tire pressure equally (3 psi difference between tires), and for some reason folded my dipstick completely in half. Who does that?



Bottom line - I will not be returning to have any type of work done here. There has to be way better quality somewhere else nearby.

They damaged my car and it started leaking oil. I brought it back to them and asked what they thought I should do. They were very upfront that they were responsible. I was impressed with their cooperation and honesty. They told me to take the car to the dealer and have the problem fixed ($300) and bring them the receipt.

I did this, and about 6 weeks later I went back to the shop to find out what the delay was. The manager gave me a phone number to the "higher-ups." I called this so called "higher up" who gruffly and rudely told me "no, I rejected that claim because they said the car was leaking oil before I brought it in." It was a newer car with only 20,000 miles on it. They were clearly lying. I then went back to the shop and spoke with the manager again. I told him what I was told and how outrageous of a claim that was- and the manager knew it. After trying to put me off again, he finally said that he will "do what's right" and he "doesn't run a business like this"- As the customer, he was going to make sure I was reimbursed by the end of the week. It is now 4 weeks since then... Do not use Valvoline, there is a Jiffy Lube right across the street.
