I called and spoke with a woman in the shop and was told they did provide the service I was looking for and I asked what the approximate time frame was for completion if I were to drop the items off on Thursday. I was told it would take approximately a week and they would be ready at the earliest by the following Wednesday. Now, having a TBI sometimes it is more difficult for me to understand information, especially information provided in a phone conversation and it takes me longer to process what I hear because I have auditory processing delays.
So I asked the question again and she replied with the same information. It would take a week because they were closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The soonest it would be done if I dropped off my items on Thursday would be Wednesday. When I finally processed that information I was given, I responded that the turn around time was actually very quick and that I would be in on Thursday morning.
After thanking her, apparently she thought she had disconnected the phone call when I heard her say to the other woman in the shop “What didn’t you understand about all that? Seriously, what didn’t you understand about what I just said?” I then heard the other woman in the background say “I have no idea.”
Needless to say I will never take my business to Sew It All again, I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Know what I understand? I completely understand why your ratings are what they are! Peace.

Best seamstress in town! I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my alteration needs! Martha has done wonderful work on many items for me. She altered a couple prom gowns for me when I was in high school, has made curtains, and pillows for my home. For my wedding gown, I wanted a custom look. So Martha took 2 wedding gowns that I loved, and made 1 compete dress for me. I loved the work she did! Very creative and we were able to make the dress around me and my personal style! Martha has also perfectly tailored my husbands suits and dress shirts. She has made costumes, dolls clothes, and baby blankets for my 2 children. I will be attending a wedding in October, and Martha is doing the alterations for that occasion as well. Martha and Brenda are very professional, they are focused on their work, very talented. They know their trade! I have never been disappointed. Appointments are required for wedding and proms alterations, but I never had any issue with finding a time to go in, they are very accommodating. I highly recommend Martha and her work. You won't be disappointed with Sew It All!

Very over priced and terrible customer service. Owner is very rude. I would not recommend not will I go back. Very disappointed.

I have been using the Sew It All for years for all my alterations needs, so when my wife and I decided to move into a new house we chose to have all custom shade and pillows done. We were please beyond compare of the great quality. Everyone that comes into our house raves about them and wonders where we bought, we are proud to send them to the sew it all!

Not only did I have to have my dress fitted 3 times, I was charged a rediculous amount of money, and they never did get it right. My straps broke, my dress had water stains on it when I went to pick it up, and the bottom hem would not lay down flat. I never realized how difficult it would be to find a decent tailor, I guess I need to screen these people before I give them my business. I spent my sister's wedding night feeling self-conscious because my dress was too tight, and the straps I paid 25$ to have sewn in, broke so I was constantly pulling my top up. Unless you need a button sewn on, I would not give this place my business.
