Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life didn’t get the chance to even get through the door due to the fact they close their doors cause of 3 inches of snow I made an appointment a week previous was contacted several times to verify appointment took a day off of my job and the lack of professionalism from whoever I spoke to showing no concern of the severity of my Situation. I would gladly tell anybody to steer away from this particular company due to the lack of concern for their patients

my experience was good at first they said they could fix my problem then i made a other apt and it just seemed like they were brushing me off i told them i could pay cash and still got a run around if your not able to help me just say it dont give me hope and then turn me away im disappointed in your services and im suffering from your services very sad at saving peoples smiles thank you kelley wedge

I can't say enough about this practice. It is a wonderful clinic that is providing a much needed service within the community. This practice performs "at cost" dental care for uninsured, underinsured, and low income families. Their office has everything that it needs to perform services and meets all professional standards for care. They don't waste money on credit card machines and the service plans associated with their use (it does cost money to use them). They don't waste money on computer x-ray machines and all of the other fancy bells and whistles that other dental practices do. What they do have is a team of educated professionals who have dedicated their lives to saving people's smiles. They go to work everyday and help people who otherwise would have to live with pain, infection, and the embarrassment associated with ugly, broken teeth. The employees here genuinely care about their patients and have dedicated themselves to serving the community. I would much rather see them than the commercial dental practices popping up in the area that treat clients like a number.

This was the worst dental practice. Everything is old school. Ghetto. Even the dentist wasn't clean shaved. I was disappointed, but should have figured it was low class since they do not accept credit cards.
