My experience at this salon was disappointing .  I went here because it was top rated in Concord and I wanted my hair done for my birthday. I didn't get the color I wanted, I also never got it cut (which supposedly came with the color), the stylist was rushing and left me alone most of the time and (not to mention unprofessional), calling my hair a beast, and talking about come, and taking pictures of my face without my permission, also the back of my sweatshirt was covered in hair dye. I went back to "try" and get my bright red Ariel hair fixed but Peter insisted it looks beautiful like wine, but he still laughed at the fact my fiance commented that I look like the little mermaid. I will never sit through that experience ever again.

I cant even begin to explain how wonderful Peters Images Salon was. I found the salon through a quick online search and called to see if they could accommodate my large bridal party for my wedding. They were so wonderful over the phone and I quickly booked appointments for myself and my bridal party of 9...11 including myself and my mother. My now husband and I are military and are stationed in Alabama so I had to do everything over the phone which can get complicated at times, but the staff were always so friendly , even when I called them 8 times to change around appointments. Myself and 5 of my bridesmaids were also pampered the day before with Mani, pedis, hair and makeup trials and even a massage for myself and my mother. I have never felt so relaxed and so pampered by the staff. Even Peter was there complimenting us and waiting on us the whole time. It is so nice to see the owner of the salon so involved and so passionate about what he does.

The day of my wedding finally came and everyone LOVED how their hair and makeup came out. We got to the salon around 8:30 in the morning and they had us out of there a little after 11 which was exactly when we needed to be out of there by. My photographer even met us at the salon to take pictures and he could not say enough great things about how beautiful the salon was and how perfect it was for taking pictures. I have seen the pictures and they are beautiful!!

If you are looking for a beautiful salon and spa to be pampered at while being treated like a queen/king, do not even think twice and just book your appointment!

I'll wrap this up by saying a big thank you to Peter and his staff for making my girls and I look more beautiful and feel more relaxed then we could have ever imagined!

Peter's treated me with the most relaxing experience I have ever had. The pedicure was SO relaxing, my toes and feet are so happy!! And the conditioning treatment I got was simply amazing!! My hair is so soft! Everyone should experience what I did at Peter's. Most definitely will be back for more!!

I love this salon!! the staff is very professional, talented, and friendly. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. Peter's is simply the best and their reputation of almost 40 years has proven that!!
