Very quick. Basically just needed a state inspection this day, but have been going here here for years for most car services. Always efficient and friendly.

Meineke in Concord is the best place in town, I have 3 cars and they keep all of them running like new even the ones over 20 years old no one else wants to look at. Meineke is always very honest and upfront whatelse could u ask for

My sister and I drove from on a road trip and had car troubles on the way down. We checked online for a shop with good reviews and found Meineke in Concord. Meineke Concord went above and beyond to help us out, everyone was so accommodating. They were also very efficient, we couldn't of had a better experience.

I pulled into Meineke in Concord around 2 pm and I was in and out in 15 mins..!! No complaints here...everyone I spoke with was courteous, professional and super friendly.

I had a coupon to get an alignment. I was told that my car really did not need an alignment and they did not charge me anything. Excellent customer service. They even left a bottle of water in the car and put a plastic wrapper on the steering wheel to not get it dirty. Seemed very knowledgeable.

I recently had an A/C Tine up. The price was their "Special" price (very reasonable) and I arrived slightly earlier than my appointment time. Once checked in, the car was immediately taken into the garage and the work began. They did an excellent job and the A/C runs like new. I would recommend their services and have to others.

You won't be disappointed. Hands down the best car repair service I've ever experienced! Meineke diagnosed my cars problem and got it back on the road within days. Their prices are very good and their mechanics are knowledgeable and honest. I can't say enough good things about this car repair shop and advise everybody to start taking their vehicles.

I took my old truck in for an air conditioning problem. It was in the 100s every day and I didn't want to buy another vehicle just yet. AC in the summer is necessary for me. I just moved to town and wasn't sure who could be trusted. Through some comments, I decided on Meineke and found this shop. Being an old truck, needing repair that caused the dashboard to be removed, an electrical problem ensued. That is never good news. The AC works and there was at least one other reasonably expensive part replaced. In fairness, I was impressed by my experience. Consider this review a strong recommendation to use this shop.

The staff and management here are so helpful. They are honest and trustworthy people, which is very hard to come by in the automotive industry. I would drive out of my way to come here again and have them help me.

I have found that when I take my car here for any reason that I am not being looked at as dollar signs. The mechanic working on the car comes out and tells you and shows you what he has found and if it needs to be address at this time or can wait till the next time I am in. I find this very refreshing in the automotive repair business.
